Copper Cooking Pans
- cleaning fluid for copper and brass
Make a brass and copper cleaner by combining equal parts of lemon juice and vinegar. Wipe it on a paper towel and then polish with a soft, dry cloth.
- Copper pot scrub
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon (18g) salt
To remove tarnish and restore the lustrous shine to copper cookware, use the cut side of a lemon as a handy scrubber. Simply sprinkle the cut side of the lemon half with the salt and rub over tarnished spots. The gentle acid from the lemon and abrasive power of salt will erase years of tarnish quickly and easily. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth.
- tarnished copper
If you have heavily tarnished copper or copper alloy object to be cleaned up, use a paste made of salt and vinegar.
- Copper Pot Cleaner
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Salt
Soak a clean cloth in the vinegar and sprinkle with salt. Rub over tarnished pots. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth.
